Islington-based artist Kevin Samuel Murphy is exhibiting his neo-expressionist work at The Menier Gallery this week to raise money for charity.
He will be showcasing 20 pieces and holding a sealed bid auction for his painting The Baptism with profits going to Cancer Research UK.
Money raised from the hire of the gallery will be donated to the charity Paintings in Hospitals which uses visual art to create environments that improve health and wellbeing for service users, their families and staff.
