This vibrant painting is part of a new exhibition of works by surrelist painter Patrick Hourihan.
On his second visit to Highgate Gallery, the artist shows more wild outpourings from the subconscious.
He says: “The Mysterious Mr K & Company is a collection of 25 boxed objects, lost, anonymous objects, brought together, that reveal a story of surprises and take the viewer on a journey though the many chambers of the Mysterious Mr K’s wonderful abode.
“The journey continues via 200 automatic drawings and paintings which are excavations in search of marvelous sensations and strange half-hidden places.”
