Cdr George Anthony Hawes INS Rtd On 24th March 2013, sadly died peacefully aged 90. His widow, six children and seven grandchildren mourn the loss of a loving father and grandfather who during a distinguished naval career served India and the UK during the Second World War. He will be much missed by all who knew him
