AVERY, Herbert 'Bert' Sadly passed away on the 10th July 2014 aged 89 years. Will be greatly missed by his loving wife Vi and all the family. Funeral to take place on Tuesday 22nd July, Enfield Crematorium and Cemetery Chapel at 11.45am. All enquiries to Co-operative Funeralcare Tel 0208 363 6301
