DOROTHY BRERETON Dorothy Mary Brereton, long time resident of Beresford Gardens Enfield died aged 87 on Monday 29th January 2018, at Azalea Court Care Home in Bush Hill Park. Born and brought up in North Wales, Dorothy had a long and eventful life, attending art school in Liverpool before moving to London to work in the fashion industry. She worked closely as employee and subsequently business partner with the late Alex Clayman, for many years in the garment industry, designing and manufacturing womens' clothing, and latterly in IT. Dorothy also painted and wrote fiction as leisure activities and in retirement enjoyed activities with the U3A, University of the Third Age. Friends and former colleagues are invited to her funeral at Enfield Crematorium on Monday 12th February at 1.30pm. Further details from her nephew Chris Bailey 020 7263 0023
