DALTON, Michael John Thompson (GP North London) died suddenly on 7th June 2011. Darling husband of Praveena, father to Michelle, and adored grandfather of Charlie and Amy. Funeral at New Southgate Cemetary Chapel at 1.30pm on 27th June.
