With one month to go before one of the most unpredictable general elections in recent history, the Enfield Independent takes a look at the candidates for Enfield North.
The constituency is made up of some 66,000 people from the Chase, Enfield Highway, Enfield Lock, Highlands, Southbury, Town, Turkey Street wards of Enfield borough.
This year's election will see an old rivalry rekindled as Joan Ryan, Labour MP for the constituency from 1997 to 2010, goes up against the sitting Conservative MP Nick de Bois.
In 2010 Ms Ryan lost her seat to Mr de Bois, who currently has a 1,692 majority.
Other candidates in the race include Deborah Cairns for UKIP, David Flint for the Green Party, Cara Jenkinson for the Liberal Democrats and Joe Simpson for the Trade Unionist & Socialist Coalition.
