Fancy Fair festival is one of north London’s biggest free community events.
Emma Rigby, founder of Love Your DoorStep in Enfield who have teamed up with the festival, says: “Now in its fifth year, the festival has gone from strength to strength.
“There’s been a huge amount of planning into this years festival and we are certain it will be biggest and best yet with 15,000 plus footfall.”
The Fancy Fair Festival was created to encourage community spirit, celebrate everything local, right on peoples doorstep in a day long free event.
She adds: “There’s an amazing line up in place, people will be spoilt for choice with what to do first. There are acts and entertainment all day on the main stage, fairground rides for the children - a traditional carousel and Thomas the Tank Engine ride, donkey rides, petting farm, Punch & Judy shows, a variety of stalls with businesses selling artisan products and a delicious selection of food and drink will be available.”
Taking place at The Green in Winchmore Hill on Saturday, July 7 between 10am and 7pm, the festival area will be closed off to traffic to keep everyone safe.
