Motorists may face disruption in and around Enfield due to the planned closure of some streets for roadworks.
Notices from Enfield Council in this week’s edition of the Enfield and Haringey Independent detail the extent of the closures and other restrictions that may be necessary while the works are carried out.
Highway improvement works are set to lead to closures in Church Street and Meridian Way N9, as and when directed by signs.
Church Street is due to be shut between Rowantree Road and Bury Street West from 9.30am to 3.30pm for approximately two days from March 7.
This will be followed by the closure in Meridian Way from 9pm to 5am overnight on March 10.
This closure will apply between the access road to Lea Valley Athletics Centre and a point approximately 300m north of Picketts Lock Lane.
Chalfont Green N9 is set to be shut from a point 52m south of its junction with Northern Avenue to its junction with Central Avenue for five days from March 7 for utility works.
Utility works are also set to shut Firs Lane N21 at its junction with Halstead Road to the boundary of Nos. 86 and 88 for one day on March 8.
