A second man has been charged with conspiracy to murder after a 26-year-old was shot in his car and hospitalised earlier in the year.
The man was sat in his car in Derby Road, Ponders End, on January 7, when he was shot. He was taken to hospital, where he remains in a “critical but stable condition”, said a police spokesperson.
Dylan Weatherley, 19, of Beaufoy Road in Tottenham, was arrested on March 16 and charged the following day with conspiracy to murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.

He has been remanded in custody and is to appear at Willesden Magistrates’ Court today.
Resist Murat, 33, of Cornwallis Avenue, Edmonton, was charged on February 5 with conspiracy to murder. He appeared at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on February 6, and is awaiting a further court date.
