A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a lorry collided with a minivan on the M25.
Four Londoners died in the crash between J27 and J26 of the motorway, near Waltham Abbey, on August 23, 2021.
Essex Police were called to the incident shortly after 6.15 pm.
Abigael Muamba, 31, from Edmonton Green, Dexter Augustus, 60, from Waltham Forest, and Jennifer Smith, 59, from Stratford, were sadly all pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said that Lisa Gardiner, 44, from Walthamstow, later died of her injuries.
Ethan Burdett, 66, of Ipswich Haven Marina, New Cut East, Ipswich, will now attend Colchester Magistrates’ Court on May 17.
He has been charged with four counts of causing death by dangerous driving and four counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
