A popular Winchmore Hill pub has re-opened after a six-week refurbishment with a fresh look and a new menu.
The Salisbury Arms in Hoppers Road welcomed customers again last month, and pub staff said they had received "positive comments".
Changes include an expanded garden area, a toilet revamp and a re-design of the outside sheds.
The venue serves pub classics such as chicken and ham pie, fish and chips and Sunday roasts, and has added a selection of cocktails to its drinks’ menu.
The pub said that the refurbishment had allowed for the creation of 15 new jobs, and claimed that more would be available soon.
General Manager of The Salisbury Arms, Adam Paknadel, said: “I am more than happy with the work that has been done to the pub.
“We were very excited to see the plans over a year ago, but to be able to see it come to life has been very enjoyable.
“Our guest base has received the new look well and I am pleased to hear all the positive comments.”
