Land worth more than £10 million and with planning permission to build 29 luxury apartments is up for sale.
Statons Estate Agents has listed the land, which backs onto Bush Hill Park Golf Course, for £10.6 million.
Enfield Council approved plans for 29 luxury homes to be built on the site earlier this year.
Under current proposals, the development can house four apartment buildings of between three and five storeys. Each building will also come with underground basement parking.
In total, plans suggest 20 two-bedroom flats, eight 3-bedroom flats and one four-bedroom ‘penthouse’ would be built across the site.
Perks offered by the proposed apartments include south-facing balconies and a communal garden space.
Planning rules mean that work on the development must begin by the end of January 2026.
Three homes previously occupying the site have already been demolished to make way for the planned construction work.
Estate agent Statons says the proposed development is situated in a “stunning setting”, within a “highly sought after” area.
The site is located around a 20-minute walk from Grange Park and Bush Hill Park stations, and a 16-minute walk from Enfield Town high street.
