Police are investigating after a man died following a blaze in north London.
Fire crews were scrambled to Hennessy Road in Edmonton at 4.10pm on July 11.
The second floor of a terraced house was destroyed by fire.
A man was rescued by firefighters from the building, before being taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service.
He later died at hospital, London Fire Brigade said.
The fire was under control by 5.20pm.
Crews from Holloway and Enfield fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the brigade and Metropolitan Police Service, the brigade said.
