Pictures show a large police cordon surrounding the place where a man was shot dead in Tottenham late last night.
Police were called to reports of a shooting in White Hart Lane, shortly after 11.30pm yesterday evening (July 30).
A man aged in his 30s was found with a gunshot wound.
Despite the efforts of paramedics from the London Ambulance Service (LAS), the man died at the scene.
Pictures and video from the scene show a large police cordon around a seated area next to the road.
At least two police cars and two police officers can also be seen next to the cordon.
Officers have said they believe they know who the victim is and are working to inform his next of kin.
Formal identification and a post-mortem examination will be held in due course.
A crime scene has been put in place and no arrests have been made at this early stage of the investigation.
