An eight car pile-up has caused hour-long delays on M25.
Police were called to the motorway just after 10.45am this morning (November 25) after receiving reports that eight cars had been involved in a crash.
Officers attended the scene between junction 25 (Waltham Cross) and junction 24 (Potters Bar) along with London Ambulance Service and Highways England.
One man was rushed to hospital with minor injuries.
Pictures from the scene showed two lanes of the motorway cordoned off on the anticlockwise carriageway.
A number of cars and a van could be seen stationary in the road, surrounded by emergency services vehicles.
National Highways confirmed that at least one van was involved in the crash.
A spokesperson for the agency said that there are currently delays of around an hour on the motorway when approaching the scene of the crash.
