West End theatre is coming to Tottenham with free performing arts workshops for youngsters paid for by Spurs.
The club has teamed up with the West End’s Ambassador theatre group for a community production in Tottenham and at a West End theatre in April 2025, based on people’s stories with the vibrancy of events at White Hart Lane.
The workshops are for ages 10 to 17 from April 6 and a community group for over-18s to put “the voices of N17” centre stage.
“A wealth of talent exists among young people on our doorstep that goes beyond sport,” Tottenham Hotspur director Donna-Maria Cullen said.
“Some of the world’s biggest theatre productions are just half an hour away from Tottenham — yet dreams of being on the stage can seem so distant.
“But this programme can change that with ‘the voices of N17’ being heard through performance.”
Weekly two-hour Saturday workshops start April 6 at Alexandra Palace for ages ten to 13 at 1.15pm and for ages 14 to 17 at 3.30pm. Wednesday sessions for over-18s will take place at 6pm at Tottenham community sports centre.
