A woman has been charged with the murder of a “loving family man” as well as assault and drug dealing.
Gavin Hubbard, 42, died after a “disturbance” at an address in Linkfield, Welwyn Garden City, at around 3am on Sunday (May 19).
Tuche Coskun, 21, of Central Avenue in Enfield, was arrested and later charged with murder.
Coskun has also been charged with one count of assault causing actual bodily harm (ABH) and being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
In a statement, Gavin’s family said: "Gavin, the son of Roy and Val, brother of Trev, Tracy and Chris, a dad to Sophie, Jack and Carter and a grandad to three. He was also a loving uncle to many.
"Gav was loved by his family; he was loved by his friends, and he loved so many.
"Despite his troubles he was there for anyone who needed him. He was a wise, kind, funny and loyal man. He will be missed so so much. Rest in peace Gav, love you forever."
Coskun appeared in court on Wednesday (May 22) and was remanded into custody.
