Can't wait for Christmas to come around? Then look no further as a special festive-themed bar will be opening in London this summer.

Created by DesignMyNight, The Mistletoe Mixer at Merchant House is set to be a "kitsch and playful festive two-week pop-up".

However, you'll have to hunt to find the special bar as it's hidden behind a secret toilet door.

If you're able to find the door and make your way into the Christmas bar, you can expect retro décor, eggnog cocktails, and non-stop Christmas hits all in the heat of August.

Christmas-themed bar opens in London this August 

The two-week pop-up is set to be the first of its kind in London and was curated by experiential event specialist EDNAEDNA while cocktails have been designed in-house by the Merchant House team.

Christmas-themed cocktails on the menu include the likes of Keep your change, ya filthy Flip!, an eggnog-inspired drink with a toasted marshmallow; It’s a beaut, Clark! It’s a flute! – a candy cane-topped peppermint Champagne tipple.

Plus there will also be Fraa-jeel-away! It must be Italian! a negroni-style drink infused with rosemary and juniper, alongside It’s because I’m green isn’t it?, a moreish spiced apple and ginger rum highball.

The Mistletoe Mixer will run on a ticket basis and will open its doors on Thursday 1st August until Saturday 17th August, from 5pm until midnight at Merchant House.

Tuesday and Wednesday will be reserved for group experience bookings that will last 150 minutes with exclusive use of the space and the option to add cheese and charcuterie boards.

Thursday to Saturday will be reserved for general tickets lasting between 60 to 90 minutes.
