A man is in hospital after being stabbed early this morning.
The man, believed to be in his 20s, was found with knife injuries after police were called to reports of a stabbing in St Ann’s Road, South Tottenham, today (August 23).
Officers were alerted about the attack just before 5am and he was rushed to hospital for treatment.
At this time his condition is unknown.
Another man, 26, was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and remains in police custody.
St Ann’s Road was closed both ways this morning and the 67 bus service was diverted from the area.
According to the Inrix traffic scanner, the road has since reopened just after 10.30am.
