A pedestrian is critically injured in hospital after being hit by a car.
Emergency services were scrambled to reports of a crash in Green Lanes, Southgate, at 5.20pm on Sunday (September 1).
The Metropolitan Police, the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance attended and provided immediate care to the pedestrian.
The man was been taken to a major trauma centre by the London Ambulance Service for immediate care, The Met's North Area Basic Command Unit (BCU) said.
He is still in a life threatening condition.
The London Ambulance Service said they arrived at Green Lanes "within four minutes".
An ambulance service spokesperson added: “We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, an incident response officer and London’s Air Ambulance.
“Our crews treated a man at the scene, before taking him to a London major trauma centre by road.”
