A man has been charged with attempted murder after a shooting left a man in hospital.
The charge comes after police were called to reports of a shooting in Broad Lane, Tottenham, in the early hours of Saturday (September 14).
A man aged in his 20s was rushed to hospital for treatment, where his injuries were later assessed as not life-threatening.
Metropolitan Police said today (September 18) that he remains in hospital in a serious condition.
Mazrul Alam, of Dawlish Road, has been charged with attempted murder after he was arrested by officers on Monday (September 16).
The 32-year-old will now appear at Highbury Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
