A shopping centre was lit up with a host of illuminated acts at the first of two free festive events.
Palace Shopping centre, in Enfield, was illuminated by a range of performances celebrating Enfield’s Parade of Lights.
During the busy Black Friday weekend, shoppers were treated to festive tunes from vintage singers The Candy Girls.
Blizzard, a giant illuminated penguin, and a pair of sparkling stilt-walking angels with LED wings, also entertained the crowds.
International street theatre performers Spark! Drummers made their way through the shopping centre, amazing onlookers with their choreography and light display before heading off to Enfield’s Parade of Lights.
On Sunday, December 15, the Living Snow Globe will be visiting Palace Shopping.
Inside the moving snow globe is a Snow Queen in a winter scene.
She will be accompanied by the Bow Belles, Christmas Trees on stilts, and the Christmas Nutkins, a pair of cuddly squirrels.
The free events start at noon and finish at 4pm.
