ENFIELD Independent's first ever reporter's surgery will take place on Friday morning in Enfield Town.
The surgery will be held between 10am and 11.30am at Brett's Quality Sandwich Bar, in London Road.
Come along and speak to reporter Sarah Cosgrove about your community concerns.
In a radical shake-up of how local newspapers are run, the Enfield Independent is putting reporters where they should be – in the heart of the community.
From now on you are more likely to find them in community centres, libraries and coffee shops than in the office.
Times & Independent deputy group editor Charlie Stong said: “We have recently decided to take the ambitious yet positive approach of getting our reporters away from their desks and into the community on a permanent basis.
“They will now be based in the heart of Enfield every day. You’ll be seeing more of them in cafés, restaurants and libraries.
“This means that it will be easier for you to tell us your stories and get things off your chest direct to the reporters in Enfield.”
If you run a café or other location where we can hold a surgery, get in touch.
