A HOUSE in Palmers Green was gutted yesterday when a fire tore through the entire first floor and the roof.
Six fire crews visited the house, in Felstead Close, shortly after 7.30am. The fire was not brought under control until 10am.
The fire service said that half of the ground floor was damaged, while everything from the first floor upwards was destroyed.
The cause of the fire has not yet been confirmed.
