A TEDDY bears' picnic will be held in Enfield next week, as part of Love Parks Week.
Broomfield Park will host free entertainment for parents and youngsters from 12pm to 3pm on Friday, July 31.
Among the many activities on offer, children can indulge in face painting, watch a bear parade and musical performances by Crazy Bears.
There will also be a special appearance by Paddington and Rupert the Bear, as well as balloon modellers and an inflatable dinosaur slide.
Enfield council's deputy leader, Michael Lavender, said: "We wanted to do something special this year for Love Parks Week and thought a teddy bears' picnic would be great fun for all the family during the holiday season."
Families are encouraged to come along by public transport, as parking will be restricted. Youngsters are also remined to BYOB - bring your own bear.
