A MAN accused of allowing his dog to attack another man has appeared in court.
Simon Rogers, of Fairfield Road, Edmonton, pleaded not guilty to allowing his dog to injure another man while being out of control in a public place on January 13 this year.
He also denied common assault, battery, wounding with intent to do grevious bodily harm and for allowing a fighting dog to be in a public place without a muzzle or a lead.
Rogers, 21, who wore a grey long sleeved v neck t shirt and blue jeans in court, entered his plea at Wood Green Crown Court in Lordship Lane this morning.
His trial has been set for October 12 at the same court and is expected to last five days.
