I write to encourage peak hour travellers to write in and complain about the reduced train service now serving Enfield Lock station.
One Railway has cut out two of the four trains stopping at Enfield Lock heading towards Liverpool Street between the hours of 8am and 9am. The evening trains are no better either.
Passengers travelling from Enfield Lock into Liverpool Street are now faced with having to fight their way onto over-crowded trains every morning and evening. One says that "these changes have been made to help meet changing travel patterns and increasing demand from many stations in the West Anglian area."
Have I missed something here? Have representatives from the company visited Enfield Lock station during peak hours recently? Obviously not.
