Planning bosses have put an application to build a hotel in Enfield Town on hold.
The plan by Certainsun Ltd to transform Refuge House office block in River Way into a 69-bed hotel with 29 bay car park, has been deferred by Enfield Council's planning committee pending a site visit.
The application will next be considered at a meeting on January 24.
