Santa Claus came to town last week as the Mayor of Enfield, Cllr Bill Price, gave out presents to children at Enfield Council's Leap Project Christmas Party.
The party for vulnerable children with emotional or social needs took place at Millfield House, Silver Street, Edmonton to celebrate their school achievements.
The Leap Project is a joint venture between Enfield Council and Enfield's Parents and Children Centre to support children moving from primary to secondary school.
Any children who are identified as needing help will be supported from Year Five to Year Seven when they start secondary school.
A spokeswoman for Enfield Council said: "The project not only helps children but their parents too. The support they receive is maintained even when the school is closed, including after school and holidays."
