A WOMAN is in a serious condition in hospital after being attacked at a flat in north Enfield.
The woman, who is in her 40s, was airlifted to an east London hospital yesterday morning suffering from serious injuries to her head and face.
Paramedics and police were called to Maltby Drive at around 9.20am after reports of a disturbance.
The injured woman remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Officers investigating from Enfield Police have arrested two men, aged 35 and 28, who remain in custody in connection with the attack.
