TRAIN passengers are facing a fresh day of travel problems due to the icy weather.
First Capital Connect and National Express East Anglia are reporting reduced services, cancellations, and delays due to the freezing temperatures.
It is understood some of the problems are due to icicles forming on the underside of railway bridges, and shorting out overhead power cables along the lines.
Train staff have been deployed to remove icicles, but the freezing temperatures mean a disrupted service for passengers.
Some services through Enfield, including trains from Enfield Town to Liverpool Street, are running as normal, but many have been disrupted this morning.
It is advised to check the services before deciding to travel.
