TWO thirds of voters in Enfield rejected proposals to change the voting system in the UK.
More than 45,000 people in the borough voted against switching to Alternative Vote when electing MPs, compared with more than 23,000 who voted in favour.
Enfield produced a 35 per cent turnout on Thursday for the referendum, which across the UK rejected the question of electoral reform.
