DETECTIVES investigating an attack on a 15-year-old boy in Newham believe the attackers have links to Enfield.
The assault, at about 10pm on March 31 near Stamford Road in East Ham, left the boy with serious head injuries. He is still recovering from these injuries in hospital.
A group of nearly 15 armed young men, aged between 15 and 25, began fighting and fled the scene towards the Manor Park area after injuring the teenager.
Officers have arrested one 18-year old and three 17-year-olds in connection with the attack, but are appealing for information.
