A DISTRICT nurse faces being struck off after being accused of a catalogue of failings while working in Enfield.
Appolonia Adamma Oledimmah is due to be hauled before the Nursing and Midwifery Council, facing 13 counts of being unfit to practise and a further four counts of misconduct.
Most of the charges relate to the second half of 2005 while working for Enfield Primary Care Trust as a district nursing team leader covering the Highlands area.
She is accused of not being up to the job of leading a team, as well as several incidents of allegedly failing to deal with patients correctly.
Ms Adamma is charged with not dealing with an infected wound correctly, refusing to visit a patient with a blocked catheter and hurting a terminally-ill man during a visit.
During assessment meetings, senior managers decided her notes were not up to scratch and she was falling short of the standards expected of someone in her job.
A fitness to practice hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, May 26, in Euston, to decide whether any of the charges are proven.
