AN Edmonton man who broke a driver's eye socket in a road rage attack has been jailed for eight months.
Seff Sargeant, 36, flew into a rage when an overtaking move on the A10 in Enfield was blocked by another driver.
When both vehicles stopped at the traffic lights, on October 26 last year, Sargeant got out of his car and punched the other driver - a 30-year-old man - in face.
The victim required surgery to fix the fractured eye socket, and Sargeant, of Bury Street, was arrested the next day.
He admitted grievous bodily harm and wounding at Wood Green Crown Court, and was jailed on Thursday, May 26, for eight months.
