Peter Attard’s support for a campaign to build a Greek school in Enfield should be carefully considered before the scheme goes any further. (‘It should be Greek to us’, Opinion, June 15) Whatever lessons we may learn from the cradle of civilisation, how to run an economy is not one of them. With Greece about to receive a second bailout, at a cost of £12 billion cost to the rest of Europe, perhaps the main subject to be taught in the Greek school will be economics.
