Winchmore Hill move off the bottom of the Saracens Herts League Division Two after a seven-wicket win at Eastcote on Saturday.
The win - Winchmore's first of the season - sees them leapfrog Eastcote, who are now a point behind them after six games.
Batting first, the visitors made 169 for three in 29.1 overs and that total proved to be just enough as the hosts fell three runs short of victory before being bowled out.
Elsewhere in the Second Division, Enfield suffered a 70-run defeat at the hands of Harrow St Mary's.
Hosts Harrow batted first and set a total of 221 before being bowled out in 51.5 overs.
In reply, the visitors could only muster a total 151 as they were dismissed after 38.2 overs.
The loss leaves Enfield fifth in the standings.
Holtwhites Trinibis remain third from bottom in the Middlesex County League First Division after a 68-run loss at Shenley Village.
Opening the batting, the hosts made 199 for nine in their allowance of 53 overs.
The visitors' reply amounted to just 131 all out as they were comprehensively beaten.
North Enfield claimed their third win of the season, beating Luton Town and Indians Seconds by six wickets in Division Three.
Batting first, the visitors made just 104 before being removed by the Enfield bowling attack.
Enfield then made light work of chasing down the victory, reaching 105 for the loss of four wickets in 22.1 overs.
The win sees North Enfield climb to ninth in the table.
In Division Four, Northampton Exiles beat Ampthill Town Seconds by two wickets.
Hosts Ampthill opened the batting and scored 143 for six in their 53 overs.
The visitors made hard work of reaching their required score, finally getting over the line with 144 for eight.
Victory leaves the Exiles eighth in Division Four.
