WINCHMORE Hill gained their first win in the Middlesex County League Premier Division on Saturday.
Hill made 192 from 58.4 overs, before bowling out Shepherds Bush for 181.
The ten points lifts them off the bottom of the table and out of the relegation zone.
Southgate suffered their first defeat in Division Two, going down to Acton, while Enfield were also beaten by Harrow.
Northampton Exiles had to settle for a draw against Hertford, but remain top of Saracens Herts Division Four.
Southgate Adelaide are hot on their heels in second place. They beat Watton-at-Stone.
