Southgate Adelaide were in action last weekend.
The first team won by one wicket against Wormley.
Southgate Adelaide put a bigger gap between themselves and fifth place Cockfosters with a one wicket victory in a thriller at Wormley on Saturday.
With Wormley batting first, fifteen year old Joe Collard returned to form with 3-25 as he removed the top order before Australian seamer Brian Cohen with 5-48 did the rest of the damage, dismissing the hosts for 157.
On a wicket of variable bounce, where it is never easy to chase runs, all of the top order got themselves in before getting out, with only Richard Ellwood with 35 making inroads into the total.
With one wicket left, the bowlers who had done so much for their teams cause earlier, Collard and Cohen, were together with nine needed, and Cohen was crucially dropped in the slips before the cool head of Collard smashed a boundary, leaving the Waterfall Road team hot on the heels of leaders, Northampton Exiles.

Elsewhere, the second team also won against Dunstable's third string side.
Adelaide beat the weather and their visitors by eight wickets on Saturday at the Walker Ground.
After they dismissed the Bedfordshire team for 211 thanks to fine spin bowling from the evergreen Martin Flack (3-40) and the teenage leg spinner Jack Irwin with 4-40, they went into bat with the rain falling.
They needed the usual quick start from Brett Irwin with 28, and Dan Whiting with 33, and they got them into a good position before Pete Tatakis played a captains knock with 47 not out.
Neil Watts with some glorious stroke play finished with 79 not out, as they won by eight wickets.
DUNSTABLE III 211 SACC II 213-2
Meanwhile, Adelaide's third team suffered a disaster away at Radlett as they were beaten comfortably by 109 runs.
Only Ivan Ninkovic with the ball picked up two wickets, before a poor batting display rounded off an awful day for the Adders.
