Enfield FC travel to Great Wakering on Saturday looking to put an end to a disappointing run in Southern League Division One East.
The Es have now gone five matches without a win in the league.
They went down 4-2 at Dartford on Saturday, despite twice battling back from behind.
Enfield, still suffering from a number of injuries and suspensions, put up a spirited performance, but found it tough against an attacking Dartford side.
Rob Munn was the busier of the keepers in the opening half-hour, but Paul Oshin and Nathan Smith both had shots at the other end for the visitors.
The Dartford opener came on 37 minutes, with Jimmy Carter heading home a deep cross. Munn was then almost beaten by a cross that bounced off his bar as the first half drew to a close.
The Es had the perfect start to the second half, when Jamie Abbott floated over a cross for Oshin to head home with five minutes gone.
But Dartford regained the lead immediately when Steve Hafner rammed the ball home at the far post.
It was an explosive start to the second half and, within minutes, Enfield were level again. This time Abbott's cross picked out Nick Turner, who headed into the bottom corner.
Lee Allinson and Oshin both had chances before the hosts struck again with 20 minutes to go, with Carter heading home his second of the match.
Within a few minutes, it was all over, with Carter completing his hat-trick from a similar move.
