A CHARITY football match and fund-raiser day has been organised for the family of Del Deanus on Sunday, June 26.
The game will be held by the Metropolitan Police Bushey between past and present players from their team against players from Deanus' time at Edgware Town.
Deanus, a former joint-manager of Enfield Town, was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in 2008.
He was also an England schoolboy international as well as being on the books at Tottenham during his career.
The match will be followed by a raffle for which donations are welcome. The day starts at 2pm at the Metropolitan Police Sports Club in Bushey, Aldenham Road.
