The expulsion of Rushden and Diamonds from the Football Conference has seen another change to the constitution of Ryman League Division One, which is the division of Enfield Town.
Aveley have been reprieved from relegation from the Premier Division while Soham Town Rangers will move across from the Southern League.
Diamonds have said they will appeal the decision while Bishops Stortford are also looking to appeal their sideways move to the Conference North.
Enfield 1893 have said they will not appeal the decision to deny them promotion from the Essex Senior League.
