The rugby club will start with games against Old Streetonians on September 10 before hosting Hampstead on September 17.
London Two North-East now has a full compliment of 12 teams after Hampstead reluctantly agreed to switch from the North-West division.
With an imbalance of 13 teams in the North-West division, Hampstead were chosen as the most suitable candidate according to the RFU's criteria which includes travelling distances.
Ignatians last played Hampstead four seasons ago before the restructuring of the league saw them switch to the north-east division.
The first away trip for Ignatians sees them visit league new boys Lowestoft and Yarmouth on September 24.
The season will see Ignatians rack up the miles, with half of the teams in the division based in Essex, with three further teams based in Suffolk.
Ignatians welcome new recruits at senior and junior level. Those interested should call 07432 118 532. Training will start on July 12, with twice weekly sessions on Tuesday and Thursday from 7.30pm to 9pm.
